Wait, you paid to attend a game and only stayed for 2 innings?

I'm not going to lie, I wanted the t-shirt.  Some of my friends were at the game anyway, so I bought a $7 ticket, got the shirt, hung out for a couple hours with my buddies, watched a couple of innings and saw Lance's 1000 & 1001 RBI.

Unfortunately I'm not at the stage in my career where I can just clear my schedule.

Some shit happened and it ended up 2nd and 3rd with 1 out.

Short fly to Pence, runner at third starts but goes back. Throw to Q on line, but the guy at 2nd was already half way. Q throws to Miggy very high, can't handle it, gets away and runner from third scores.

4-3.

Nope, they've evolved (devolved).  Rather that wasting a lot of time and effort in failing to get someone out in a rundown they've decided it'd be easier just to throw the ball away before the rundown started.

I like the pattern. Cooper should make this the full time game plan. Should be good for 6-8 runs a game, and everyone else can focus on defense a little.
