A baby step toward no blackouts on MLB.TV?
« on: June 16, 2009, 12:27:23 pm »
NY fans who subscribe to Cablevision and the package with the YES Network will get the chance to pay even more to stream Yankees games online:

It's a very small step towards getting all games on MLB.TV, but it's at least some sort of step. Hopefully.

All I can say is that it's about fucking time.  Attention MLB: people have been lining up to give you money for this for the last 10 years or so, and you're too afraid of pissing off the networks to do anything about it.  Instead, you stick to this bizarre, arbitrary coverage map that prevents fans from watching their favorite teams.
