Props to Scott Baker for a near-hit....or near-miss, depending upon one's perspective.  Props are in order for the Royals' farm system, as well, for determining that Sweeney had spent enough time on his rehab assignment.  What timing!

I just moved to Minneapolis and was actually at the game.  When Sweeny came up, it was one of those moments where you knew the bid was over.  The BBGs really love seeing no hitters end in the 9th, and I hate them for it.

I hear I missed the tag on that one....that it was a call-up rather than a rehab issue.
