I may be losing it, but I swear I saw something recently about Ash signing with another club ... Did anyone else see that?  Link??

For that to have happened the Astros would have had to let him go since he is still under club control and not eligible to be a minor league free agent.  I have not heard anything like that.

As if I needed another reason why Ash couldn't be the Astros 2B in 08...

Just for the record, while I view Ash as more of a 2B option for the Astros than most, it does not mean I think he would be a GOOD option, just perhaps better than the ones others have speculated (Burke/Ransom).
