Right off-hand, I'd go with Taguchi.

Taguchi doesn't walk much (neither does PW), and really isn't anything but mildly annoying to most teams other than the Astros.

Personally, I think Wilson is leading off more to keep him from whiffing with runners in scoring position than anything else.

Well, there is that advantage.  Also keeps Token from piling up the GIDPs.  Just a quick scan of the other potential leadoff guys showed that Taguchi was the only one with both a good batting average and OBP (.368), while Eckstein and Kennedy look to be struggling pretty mightily, so that's why I chose him.  Also, I saw a blurb that Token's knee had been bothering him recently.
