1-2-3 for Wandy in the top of the 1st.

Eckstain one hopper to Wandy
K for Duncan
Poop to the track in right

Then he blew his nose on the way back to the dugout.

Goddamn Dallas Stars instead of the Astros tonight. Looks like I'll only get to see one game of this series.

Bidge pops to Molina

Clank draws a walk

Kennedy dives to make the stop on Berkman's grounder and gets the FC on Clank, who deftly breaks up the DP

El Caballo falls behind 0-2. The flies to PW.

I thought you had DirecTV?

Dish Network. But I can't use MLB Extra Innings because I'm in the Astros' home territory. So I get whatever Fox Southwest is showing. Hopefully the Stars don't last much longer.

Rolen gets ahead 2-1. Drives the 2-2 to the track next to the Crawford boxes for out 1.

Bags in the booth.

Boos for PW. I distinctly heard pravata. PW lookin like PW, Down on 3 pitches for out 2.

Wandy is changing speeds and moving the ball around. FB isn't very fast... around 90.

Molina K.

As someone who is a big time Wandy skeptic, I can say that he's looking pretty good tonight (with the exception of that Rolen big fly).

Hobbes draws even at 2-2. Grounds to second, 4-3.

I hope ETA is watching, they are photoshopping the Bagwell beard onto each player on the big screen during their atbats.

Peepers falls behind 1-2. Burke checks his swing on some trash in the dirt, gets rung up for out 2.

AE 1-3 for out 3.

Taguchi grounds one up the middle for a single.

Kennedy chases some high heat and goes down on strikes.

Wainright drives one deep over Peepers head, doesn't make the play. Double, Taguchi scores.

Eckstain comes even at 2-2. Lines one to Hobbes in right center, Wainright advances.

JD points out the wind is carrying 'well' to right.

Duncan gets ahead 2-1. Crushes one past the bullpen. 3-0.

Rolen pops up to the screen on a 3-1, B-Rod hauls it in.

PW smacks on to Bidge, 4-3.

Molina hits a long foul down near the Biggio Boxes. Goes the other way with a drive just short of the track for out 3.

Clank draws a walk.

Berkman up the middle, Lamb to third. Kennedy was way around in a pull position and was unable to get to the ball for the sure DP.

Lee to center for the first out, Clank tags and comes in for the first run.

Hobbes smashes one and Kennedy can't come up with it, bounces over his head. It was hot. First and second.

Peepers falls behind 0-2. Gets rung up looking on a pitch that might have been a little low. 2 down.

AE check swing for the 1-3.

B-Rod works the count full. Draws the walk on a FB up and in.

Wandy bunts, but Rolen makes a fine play to get B-Rod at 2nd. Wandy makes it by a cunt hair at first.

Bidge rips one by Rolen, first and second.

Eckstain finally grounds to AE, 6-3.

Duncan falls behind 1-2. Rips one to right field corner, but gets gunned down on a pretty slick play at third trying to stretch it.

Pooholes shatters his bat and rolls the ball weakly to Berkman for out 3.

Oddly enough, after all of the offseason concerns, the only thing working on this team right now is the starting rotation.
BTW... how is this offense going to eat a goat cock? It couldn't take any mammal's penis in a fair fight...

unfucking believable play by wainwright.  my anus hurts.

All except the part where Molina never tagged Burke.
I believe there ought to be a constitutional amendment outlawing AstroTurf and the designated hitter. I believe in the sweet spot, soft-core pornography, opening your presents Christmas morning rather than Christmas Eve and I believe in long, slow, deep, torture of Bud Selig.

Revert on the hill.

Taguchi down on strikes.

Kennedy lines out to Lee.

Spezio (still has that thing on his lip) draws a walk.

Revert can't seem to find the zone.

Eckstain runs the count full. Dumps it in to left for a single.
Oye. Vamos, vamos.

Damn, that may have been the most pathetic inning I've ever seen.  I guess Berman has something else he'd rather be doing, cause he appears to have exactly zero interest in hitting.
The rules of distinction were thrown out with the baseball cap.  It does not lend itself to protocol.  It is found today on youth in homes, classrooms, even in fine restaurants.  Regardless of its other consequences, this is a breach against civility.  A civilized man should avoid this mania.

The most difficult part about all this (as a fan, I mean) is that the correct plan of attack is...patience. What this team is missing is the "proven" players producing at the plate.  We all know they'll come around, but when?  In the meantime, looks like we're watching last year's offense a little longer.

Not just 0-4, but 4 unwatchable games.
