hard to believe ladies and gents but it was last year the astros went to the big show. it is so burried in the fact the white sox won that i somehow wonder if other than the most devoted astros fans if the impact is understood. there has been much moaning bout the trades not made or the trades that could be made that would not really help the team. there are also the what ifs beltran and kent has stayd.. some how i dont know if the team that got the astros to the world series would have gotten there with those two there. now i guess is the time to look forward there are so many questions out there bagwell , clemens, and how much extra jobs did roy o pick up with his bulldozer.
well anyhow the place seemed dead this morning...kinda like me having a 20 year old daughter at this age is not alway easy especially when they go out on new years eve..hope every had a good past one and the new one will even be better for all
think next time i am in houston i am going to take me a side trip to mmpus and just stare for a while and reflect on all that has gone on..
