Today’s game
« on: September 22, 2019, 10:27:49 am »
Correa not in lineup. He was supposed to play back to back games and that was why he left game early. Probably tweaked something on that last strikeout yesterday.

Springer
Altuve
Brantley
Bregman
Alvarez
Gurriel
Diaz
Chirinos
Reddick

Hopefully this is a winner for the Division and JV’s 20th

Did Hinch say Correa was slated to start today and was scratched?  I'm shocked they were planning on playing him back to back in a day after night scenario.
The rules of distinction were thrown out with the baseball cap.  It does not lend itself to protocol.  It is found today on youth in homes, classrooms, even in fine restaurants.  Regardless of its other consequences, this is a breach against civility.  A civilized man should avoid this mania.

Earlier in week it was that he would work a game, day off, then back to back games, just as if he had been on rehab assignment in the minors. But he was pulled after an inning ending strikeout swinging in the 6th. Hinch said pregame he might pull him early since he was playing back to back games. But him not being in the lineup today is concerning that he either tweaked something or isn’t ready. Who knows? Maybe he just got Yuli’s stomach illness.

Wait, what's this about Yuli's stomach?
You may ask yourself, "How do I work this?"

Yuli was scratched a couple games ago with stomach illness. He was back in lineup yesterday.

Turns out he got sick from feasting on the hopes and dreams of opposing pitchers then washing it down with the tears of opposing fans.
