no. just the one about FIL.

ok, I just read it. I have mixed emotions about it. my first reaction--a strong one--was "why write this for the world to read? go to therapy for sure. talk to your wife. talk to your friends. what good are you doing by exposing this man?" but maybe the last few paragraphs make reading the rest of it worthwhile.

The FIL was a nice read, but I really enjoyed the father one.  I love my Daddy dearly and can't imagine how other dads aren't as perfect.  And no, I know my Daddy isn't perfect, and yes, I am my sisters do still call him Daddy.

I understand how you feel, Coach. Given what I put my boys through when they were very young, even though all seems to have been forgiven and we have great relationships again, either of my boys could write some real damning things about me. Obviously, I'd hope that they'd come to me instead (and one of my boys has already expressed his inner feelings of hurt about that period of hell). However, if one of them wrote something about their experience, then I'd be okay with it if it was cathartic and provided some solace to them, even if it made me wince because the truth often hurts. I love them enough to take some grief if it helps them.
