I said it before when they were losing by a run or two each night and I'll say it again now. It's an absolute pleasure watching a team with a plan (and largely execute that plan) in the box and on the mound each game. It's almost as if it's a whole new team. Oh, wait...

After last year, things seem to be coming together in a manner that is almost beyond belief. In spite of all my bitterness over the shit that happened with the changes of ownership and league, it is fun and I enjoy following the team.

This club has spunk. The Piranha can flat rake, and the bullpen has been far better on the whole. The starting pitching has been solid too. They've  already won more games in a row than they did all last season, IIRC.
