Any way around blackouts on MLBTV?

I am in Chicago but work in tax and will be stuck in the office all day and night the next 3 days.  Have MLBTV but will get balcked out! I assume I will have to listen to the game on the radio but thought I would ask the question.

Go to a bar?  I am sure there is a bar up there for stros fans. (Smirk, fucking losers)  If not, you could travel to Milwakee our home away from home.

The radio BC won't be blacked out.  Alternatively, get a Slingbox at watch it from your work.
