Is anyone watching?  What about the USA games?

I'm pissed that I pay extra for cable, but all I get is ESPN (basketball?)  Seriously?  Must I pay $109.95 to get the WBC?

some games've been on ESPN1 or 2, but it is a bummer if you don't have MLBnetwork I guess.

Most of the games will be on ESPN in the next round.  For round 1, you need access to the MLB Network (and most cable companies carry it, if you have beyond basic cable).  You can always try your computer and go to MLBTV Media Center.  You can click the link on either the 2009 New Player (if the game is being broadcast in their sweet new Flash player) or click on the game on the MLBTV column.  I'm not sure if the games are free (I think they are) during the WBC.

I'm watching the Dominican Republic vs the Netherlands in the 2009 Flash Player and it is very nice.  I can't believe they're in the 10th inning tied as zero.  Who said the DR was a favorite in this tourney?

I was laughing my butt off. Marmol looked like a deer in the headlights.
I remember all the good times me 'n Miller enjoyed

I noticed that too, Marmol was looking really unsure of himself on the mound.  He was fighting himself trying to find something, anything that would work.  He had nothing.

Is Arod going to try to join the US team now?
Crazy Joe McCluskey was fucking nuts.  It's why they called him Crazy Joe.
