I won't link to it, but I can report that the video is available online. You know what to do. Comcast must be flipping out about this. It's pretty bad.
This looks like it'll fall entirely in Comcast's lap, which could land them an extraordinarily stiff penalty.
I am very disappointed by the lack of creativity shown in the clip selection. Surely they could have found something livelier. Although if, as I suspect, the act was committed by jihadists perhaps this is as extreme as they have access to.
