That's a pretty inconclusive photo, and the notion that he should have his Cy Young taken away for pine tar, alleged or not, is beyond ridiculous.

Nothing is going to happen to him because he didn't get caught during the game.  His Cy Young is definitely not going anywhere.  It looks like pine tar and dirt to me.
