Richard Hidalgo building his own ballpark

Richard Hidalgo now plays in the Venezuelan league and lives in a ritzy home in Dr. Phillips, (this is in Florida somewhere) but also owns a home on Bicky Road. The land is zoned for agriculture and currently he's raising horses, ponies, goats and chickens, but he's asking the county to let him build an 8,000 square-foot baseball field there, equipped with batting cagesLink

His last pair of game pants could probable serve as the hitter's backdrop.
