Home Games = HDTV
Road Games = NoDTV

I hope this extends to San Antonio as well.  My Time Warner shows FSNHD as a subscribed channel, but it's almost always broadcasting color bars.

That's where they'll be.  Whether S.A. will carry all the broadcasts, however...

Mine shows a messages saying "Off the air...", but when I know they're going to broadcast an event in HD, I tune in and it's always there.  So they don't broadcast all the time, only when provided an HD offering.  Unlike FSNHD though, ESPNHD will broadcast all the time and if the offering is in HD, it will show up in HD, otherwise you get a fancy-fided analog-converted-to-digital broadcast in an HD background.  The event is broadcast in the middle box, the surroundings are pure HD.  CNNHD does the same thing, makes for interesting tv viewing.  It's as if I'm watching tv on my computer.

My guess is that FSNHD has not spent the money yet to do a fancy-fided HD background to stick regular broadcasting in the middle or won't just go ahead and place their regular offerings into the HD broadcast until they do.  But when they have an HD offering, it's there.  I watched the North Carolina vs. Clemson basketball game Sunday night and it was awesome.  Sad to say, I watched the Spurs vs. Clippers as well and it was awesome HD wasted on a pretty boring game.

Perhaps limited road games if the broadcasting from said place has an HD feed to provide?  I know that LA and San Francisco for example will provide HD feeds (along with that super slo-mo).  At the very least I'm thinking:

Home Games = HDTV
Road Games = limited HDTV
