I just got the 4th part's score back today, and I have now passed the CPA exam. Yay!

I got a call from my pal at the testing organization, who was supposed to let me know as soon as my grade was in for the 4th part.  She told me the news.  I sat down on the floor of my office, lay down under my table, and wept like a little girl.  After 29 years, my family had to stop telling people I was "a bartender or something."

Go drink away everything you learned.  You'll never, ever use it again.

Alkie, not that I drink, per se, but I started flushing that stuff from my brain as soon as I got a score back. It was an exercise in short-term information retention. My brain now feels evacuated :D

So the real question is, when does your cross-country Biggio stalking begin?  It looks like you'll only need to go to one homestand though.

Unfortunately, I think I'll miss that. I'm going to be driving around in the Great Plains all of next week. Maybe the week after?

Congratulations. A Gi-Huge-ic accomplishment. That exam makes any bar exam look like a walk in the park. My Dad was chairman of the Louisiana State Board of CPA's for years and personally administered the exam (he signed CPA Licenses for almost 20 years over here). People would panic and walk out. My accounting major friends gave me shit that I couldn't help them with the exam.
