This post is not to stir up anything, which I think is pretty obvious. I know the River Walk is in San Antonio..I only said this because it is not that far from Houston.

I'm glad to announce I'm packing my bags and heading down to Texas at the end of the month. My son has a week long summer league baseball tournament in Katy and I want to take full advantage of my miniature vacation.  So I need some recommendations, besides going to an Astros game, which I full intend on doing.. Where should I go? What should I see? I know of the River Walk, but help me guys...Make this trip worth while.

I told you I simply stated my comment incorrectly. I did not intend to say this is what is actually happening, just another rumor in the pile. No need to drag this on...Let's talk baseball.

But that's not how you initially presented it. You wrote it as fact, subsequenrly saying you heard it on the radio, and then after a lot more hemming and hawing, say you heard it on WKCI, whom Pravata is probably on the telephone with right now.

It's all a matter of credibility, or lack thereof. We get a lot of people posting here for the purpose of stirring up trouble.

Sorry Arky, that is not what I intended. Like I said, I'll watch how I present my responses closer next time.

Clemens has an agreement with the Red Sox. Did not say when he will sign but an agreement has been reached. Even some New York media outlets are stating sources say Clemens is not going to sign with the Yankees because he has reached a deal with another team. Guess no more talk with the Astros?

The thing I've noticed is Andy isn't getting the run support he has had in previous years.  He's had a few bad outings, and a few good ones, but he has pitched better than his record reveals.  To pin point a pointless stat that hardly answers your question, he has gave up 9 jacks. Many hangers have left the park early this season for Andy Pettitte.
