Scouting report (http://www.baseballprospectus.com/prospects/eyewitness_pit.php?reportid=435) from Wilson Karaman of BP on the 23-year old righty who had a solid season in time split between Lancaster and CC. A best-case scenario per Karaman? A future #3 starter if somehow everything breaks right.
