Pravata quoted Garner as saying Luke Scott was the best defender out of the RF group (Scott, Hidalgo, Lane) in his 3/4 NYCU. Did that surprise anyone else?
It seems most people (here, and elsewhere) seem to say Lane is an above average RF, while Scott is better suited to LF. Have I remembered that incorrectly?

Very much surprised me. I would put them Lane, Hidalgo, Scott. Hidalgo showed off his arm from left in the first today. Milo chided him for failing to hit the cutoff but he was holding the runner at 3rd.

Scott. "Every manager who's had him has liked him," Garner said. "He can win ballgames for you, and he's the best defensive player."
maybe "...with the same name as a Star Wars character" was the rest of that quote.
I think it will be telling to see who gets the most ST innings in CF after Burke: Bruntlett, Lane, or Scott. IIRC Scott has told Garner he wants to be considered an option for occasional CF time.
