As we all know, the Astros need offense. Will they sign Adam Dunn like I hope they do? He would add the missing pieces that the Astros need!
-- Randall W., Houston
We have to stop talking about Adam Dunn, for a few reasons:
? Adam Dunn is not a free agent.
? Adam Dunn is property of the Cincinnati Reds, for at least two more years.
? If the Astros want Adam Dunn, the Reds will have to trade him.
? The Reds traded Sean Casey and announced Adam Dunn will move to first base.
? The Reds no longer have a logjam in the outfield.
Therefore, Adam Dunn is not coming to Houston to play baseball. Unless he plays a pickup game in his backyard.

Something tells me ol' Randall W. isn't the only nitwit sending her "Git 'er Dunn" emails.

I posted the same thing. Great minds think alike, mine is just a little slower.

I think Ms Footer has been reading the TZ, and has subconsciously acquired the ability to completely demolish the arguments of the uninformed. This will be confirmed when she replies to a question with "Fuck off".

Do we really want a slightly better Pete Incaviglia?

Give me a break...aside from the K numbers there is basically no similarity between Adam Dunn's game and Pete Incavaglia's.

I thought it was funny.

You have no earthly idea what you are talking about.
