I think you should have to pass a test to be allowed to sit that close to the playing field.

I did notice that a lady sitting next to the dumbass started bitching at him as soon he he leaned back from the rail. Hopefully he got an earful from the rest of the section.

There was also an arm that is just off camera that tugged him back just a little and just in time to keep him from making contact.  The scene would've been ugly to say the least, although not Bartman-esque.  The orangeman better have thanked the guy, be he stranger or friend or even foe, for saving his goshdarn life.
