Title: Tyler Skaggs has passed away

Just announced on Angels Twitter. Game tonight has been cancelled. No details released as of this time.

Sad to hear. He was a good pitcher.

Angels having a week from hell - Tommy LaStella out 8-10 weeks with a fractured tibia (foul ball straight below the knee during last night’s game).

Owwww! The old Jermaine Dye injury. That's what I was terrified of the other night when Alvarez fouled that ball the other night.

I watched that happen.

He was in as much agony as I've ever seen from a hitter.

Tonight was the first game back in Anaheim since his death. The Angels all wore identical Skaggs 45 jerseys.

They then proceeded to have two pitchers combine on a no hitter. Afterwards, every player left his jersey on the mound.

Not a dry eye in the house, let me tell you that much.
