Correa called out on a replay after he stole second but was tagged by a millimeter for a millisecond sliding past the bag before getting his hand down. I think that is the most annoying usage of replay, right up there with the elimination of the neighborhood/vicinity call during double plays.

I hate that shit. I thought the MLB was planning to adjust the rule. If you beat the throw, the only way you should be ruled out is if you slide completely past the bag and the tag is maintained. The replay request to squint to see daylight is its worst usage.

What pissed me off the most was on the popup slide, when the guy was safe by a mile, but fielder puts the glove on his leg and for a split second, at the end of the pop, he comes off the bag.
