Trout was a late scratching, not sure why.

Astros score on back to back doubles by Correa and Beltran.

Astros lead 1-0 after the first.

I don't know what the exact pace is for GIDP, but it's got to be close to a record.

Seeing those awful looking nachos reminds me, I made the carrots the other day. They turned out as well as you might imagine. I significantly upped the heat of course. I'm usually not a recipe sort of guy but I'd have no idea how to ratio the water and vinegar and so on.

I don't LOVE curtido, but it was what introduced me to spicy foods when I was a child and of course I now am especially attentive to responsible parenting.

Why does Gurriel wear those glasses in the field, but not at the plate?  You'd think if he wanted to see the ball, while hitting would be most important.

Could someone please let the Astros know that they're allowed to batter starting pitchers too?  This guy has thrown about 10 spinning sliders right down the pipe, and 8 of them have been taken/fouled off.

Glasses increase glare.  If he needs them to see to field a ball, you'd think he needs them to hit one,  Speaking as someone who's played with corrective lenses for 30+ years.
