8. Derek Fisher
"The only minor leaguer to hit 20 home runs and steal 20 bases in both 2015 and 2016, Fisher is on track to do so again this season—if he doesn’t get called up to Houston first. He has hit 14 homers and stolen nine bases through 50 games while hitting .338 in his first extended shot at Triple-A."
Exes:
6. Tom Eshelman--threw a 5-hit shutout this past Wednesday, has a 1.40 ERA and 0.80 WHIP in the 5 starts (38.2 IP) since joining AAA Lehigh Valley.

5. Forrest Whitley
Houston’s first-round pick last year threw just 18.2 innings in his first pro season, but he’s done swimmingly in the Midwest League. He performed especially well this week, with 15 punchouts over 7.2 innings. High strikeout totals have been common all year for Whitley, who has 61 whiffs in 41 innings.

And from the Hot Sheet chat (http://www.baseballamerica.com/minors/prospect-hot-sheet-chat-june-23-b/#GhDubWLcPGme660Y.97) (not exactly breaking news here):
Jim (Little Rock): Daz Cameron tools aside is it to early to label him a bust?
Kyle Glaser: Nope. He’s a bust. Third professional season hitting .202 in LoA. Full bust status. That’s how toolsy HS OFs are. The boom is great, the bust is too. Every draft class has them. Cameron isn’t the first to bust and won’t be the last, either.

#15 Framber Valdez
The 5-foot-11 Dominican has seen his walk rate spike this season but remains effective because he is holding opponents to a .176 average. Valdez throws a four-seam fastball with heavy life, a two-seamer with sink and tail, a changeup with fade and a curveball.
#19 Carmen Benedetti
After hitting just .219 in April, he worked with hitting coach Ben Rosenthal and began studying pitchers’ habits, and it paid off. Benedetti shows a greatly improved control of the strike zone, and he leads the team in walks and on-base percentage.

Not a long run, but last couple weeks have been pretty kind to Daz. Up to .231 and hit his 9th HR. Turning it around?

Daz's last ~30 games have been solid, the 2nd half and next year are huge for him. I'm rooting for him, but he's found money to me at this point.
