McHugh hasn't thrown a lot of curves tonight, but those were very nice.

I'll do the half inning.

Chris Archer gets three more outs.  Altus, Marwin, and Correa.  Archer still looks like a high school band member, but I think I'm moving him up to the bass clarinet.

Especially when he keeps harping on the same damn thing.  Yes Ashby, we know you don't like them bare-handing the ball.  We know that if ONE FUCKING SEAM hits your damn strike zone, then it's a strike!!!  Where's my ice pick so I can jam it in my eye???

Not to be pedantic, but the pick will probably do more good if you jam it in your ear.

Been giving Archer extra room all night, which sucks mightily considering the kid's stuff is filthy and he doesn't need the help...

I knew in the first inning that Colin would need a great game to compete.  He sure had it.  Just that one freaking run.

Sipp hasn't allowed a run since July 5? That's pretty good.

Rays leave two on base in the top of the 8th. We're going to the bottom of the 8th with Tampa leading 1-0.

Yeah, but they've been getting some help from parallel performances by the Angels and Rangers. Don't get me wrong, I love what they're doing. But the offense has been pretty awful over the last few weeks.
