Altuve leads off the game by popping up a fastball right down Main Street.

Is the turf in Tampa appear as it does because it is quite shitty?

I think it just looks shitty, I have watched a lot of Rays games and never noticed seen anything too unusual.
-
Well, slump busting is going to have to occur today, or we're sunk. Rays score 3 with 2 outs.

I'm gonna say it too. I hate this fucking roadtrip

I realize that Keuchel has to put it behind him and get the next guy, but he *really* got fucked by that home plate ump.
-
Keuchel got screwed on that ball 3 to Elmore but he had to recover from it instead of letting a .175 hitter beat him.

And that raises the question of why the Astros were shifted around toward left against a slow-bat, no-hit chump that Keuchel is working down and away.
-
Batters are getting more solid contact against him today than usual.

While .175 seems paltry, I've seen a lot of the Rays and all of his hits seem to be of the timely variety.

The break can't get here soon enough for this team.
-
Ashby oblivious to Blum's Caddyshack take.

I hate this road trip.

Their no-hit catcher comes up with the bases loaded and 2 outs and delivers a single. Our no-hit catcher comes up with bases loaded and 2 outs and pops up on the first pitch.
-
Man, I hate this road trip.
-
This team is swinging and missing at a LOT of meaty fastballs lately.

They needed to take care of that last night, once the game starts it's too late.
-
Gruesome.

Gruesome.
First time all year I turned off an Astros game. It was boring me to death.

Boring? I thought it was tense. Being the eternal optimist I was waiting for a late rally to get us over the line. While I have seen too many live games I know that I something this team can do.

Well, God bless you. I just don't see anyone in the lineup right now that is in a good groove.

The numbers suggest only Marwin, Tucker, and Conger are. That won't win you many ballgames.

Especially considering the limited ABs by Marwin and Conger.
