Good times, I get a chance to watch a game for the first time in weeks.  Full time employment really sucks!

I thought you were retired.  I'd wondered where you were.

I didn't have the impression he was old enough to retire.  Then again, I really know nothing about him, except he is an Aussie.

Colby hit that a long, long way.

No kidding. And such a seemingly effortless swing.

I have been watching replays and condensed games, not the quite the same but better than nothing.  The GZ makes me laugh a bit too, even several hours after the game has finished.

Wow Rasmus - that is what I have missed!

You haven't missed much.  They haven't been hitting those very often.

If I was a couple years younger, I'd really be wanting to go out with Tucker.  He's a good looking young man.

How do you pronounce Jasso?  I say the J as an H, similar to Jose.

So after decimating the Astros earlier this week, tonight Buchholz leaves the Red Sox game with elbow tightness.

McHugh's run support
9 wins 54 runs
4 losses 3 runs

Seems like it is going to be 5 losses 4 runs.

Don't know/want to admit if you're being Negative Nancy or Practical Paula.

Practical Pruski - lead off double earlier and they can't even move him to third.  Neil T. isn't the only one who hates this road trip.  I wish they were at home and I could be at the game.

It seems like in the last couple of weeks the only way the Astros score is if somebody throws a mistake and an Astro bat accidentally runs into it for a homer. Otherwise, the sub-.200 batting averages and sub-.300 OBAs can't string enough things together to produce a run.

Win with the homerun.  Lose with none.  They seem to be a team of extremes.

True, that was about 2:20?   Nothing worse than a 3:30 + loss.

A couple weeks ago I didn't have much doubt that the Astros would be in first place at the All-Star break, now I'm pretty sure they won't be. It doesn't really mean all that much for the entire season, but it's one of those half-season "milestones" that would be nice to reach. But they're going to have to win at least one of the two remaining games to do so.

I think people are missing out if they don't hang out in the Game Zone, even if briefly, during games. I think they are fucking up in a very small way.

I don't consider the Astros to be in first place today because of the loss column. Angels have one fewer loss. You can't make those up.
