Cards @ Cubs. Cards up 1-0. Bottom of the first.

Fowler gets a double on his first at-bat as a Cubbie.

Man it's great to see real baseball again. Even if it is the Cards and Cubs.

Trying to remember who hit third while they held Springer down.  Probably Fowler.

Molina's career appears to be on the downside.

How much are the Cubs paying Lester? All that and he can hold a runner?

That's not real baseball.  They don't have a DH.

Starling Castro has been an All-Star 3 times. What a joke.

That play to first while the runner moved to third was a little strange. I hope he figures that out.

I still maintain that the Cubs are going to have struggles with consistently scoring runs, at least until Kris Bryant shows up, which should be in about two weeks. Olt is not the answer at the hot corner.
