I'm doing my part today.  I'm starting Bronson Arroyo in the Mihoba.

I've gone back and forth, but given what I've done to wreck Joe Nathan, Bronson Arroyo is the least I can do.

Astros load the sacks in the top of the second but fail to push one across. 1-0 Bottom 2 They're at least pushing Arroyo into a high pitch count. He's already over 40 tosses.

Peacock may need some more bunting practice

Peacock pitches around two infield singles. 1-0 Top 3

Peacock gets himself out of a jam with a round-the-horn twin killing to end the frame. 1-0 Top 4

Astros go down in order in the top of the fourth. 1-0 Bottom 4 Marwin Gonzalez was in the on-deck circle for Peacock, but he didn't come to bat. So I don't know Peacock's status.

Peacock pitched the fourth and got himself out of a jam again. 1-0 Top 5

Arroyo proves you can pitch without a lot of velocity-Peacock is not the only one looking silly at the plate.

Singleton with a double off the wall. He has the potential to be a top of the line bat. A really mature hitter at 22.

He seems to know exactly how to handle Arroyo's jerky-ass offspeed junk.

Dominguez knocks in Singleton (who Castro got to third with a grounder to second) with a grounder off the SS glove.

Yeah, I got the feeling, bat by bat, that he was figuring Arroyo out.

Going from Brown and Deshaies to this bullshit is quite disorienting.

it just won't stop with them.  Listening to the radio won't prevent the visuals.

Peacock works around a walk to Goldschmidt with a groundout into the shift.

On to the 7th 1-1.

There are high schools that beam A/V programs into the cafeteria at lunch that are more professional than these cocksuckers. I can't wait until they go under.

That was a horrible AB by Guzman. I don't understand why they didn't try a straight steal.

Strike out of Guzman looking on a full count, throw out of Villar at second on a lame steal attempt.

1-1 bottom 7th.

As I was watching her (and listening to Robert Ford provide me information) I was mulling various perversions based mainly in antagonism and annoyance. That works sometimes, too, you know.

Both of these runs are on Fowler. I guess Villar helped some, too.

These clowns are both multi-millionaires yet they react to garbage ballpark food like it's the French Laundry.

Say what you will about Ashby and whothefuckever, but you, chuck, are definitely the worst PBP guy I've ever seen/heard/brailled.  But I dont have mlb.tv so what the hell do I know?
