Another head scratcher lineup from Tony D. Dominguez, who apparently was good enough to hit third in a game, as well as fifth, is hitting eighth again.

I guess he was being crafty, because he drove in the run. Who knew?
-
Dominguez comes through, driving home Castro. I should shut up about the batting order.
-
Gallardo with 42 pitches through two innings.

I figured that Tony D was in "don't give a fuck" mode after not getting the nod.
-
I hope that Edgar Gonzalez didn't sell his soul just so he could pitch OK for the Astros this year. Now if he got to pitch OK for the Astros next year, well, that might be nice.

Maybe, but he was promised 'a role in the organization going forward' so he had something to fall back on. Maybe he's the new Bob Lillis.

Maybe he'll be managing in AAA again next year.

Wee-Doggies! I like having Jed in the line-up. Just made it to the Slack Shack, it's raining like shit.

I hope it's coming this way.

Why do I get the feeling that Justin Maxwell is a one year wonder?
-
Wonder may be too strong a word. On this club, he's Joe Christopher. If that.

I was giving him the benefit of the doubt...
-
RB, I take it that you're not working tonight since you're here?
-
Joe Christopher actually had a solid year in 1964.

Yep, I'm cooling my heels at the casa. Cooking dinner, then I'll retire to The Grotto where I can watch the rest of the game with my new kitty.

Good for you. I'm just here at the apartment following the game on mlb.com gameday.

Wallace and F-Mart go single-double after Gomez' HR in the bottom of the third.
-
Suck it, Brew Crew.
-
It appears that we caught Mr. Gallardo, who normally is an Astrokilla, on a bad night.
-
I am digging the Matt Dominguez Experience.
-
Maxwell is what? 28? 27? lt could be he's having his career year.
-
Walrus!

I think that Maxwell is 28, but I'm too lazy to go look.
-
J. Castro goes yard, the Brewer fans are booing.
-
Fuck the Brewers fans.
-
The good news is that Gallardo is at 96 pitches through five, so we'll likely get into their porous bully for three frames. The bad news is that Gallardo is clearly off tonight, so I'd like to keep him out there.
-
Dusty has the Reds firing on all cylinders. I keep waiting for an implosion but they seem on a mission.
-
I am digging the Matt Dominguez Experience.
Me too.
-
I love whiskey
-
I love lamp.
-
Ishikawa looks about as Japanese as Carlos Santana.
-
Those fans can use those towels to wipe away their playoff chances. Hahahahahahahahaaaaaaa...
-
JD: "Looked like he hit that ball with the Monday Chronicle."

That's why I watch these games now.
-
Nice play by Dominguez and Castro to get Segura at the plate.
-
This is the point where the line drive crushes The Peen's nads so that Selig can feed.
-
Edwin motherfucking Jackson laid an ugly egg on me tonight, leaving me a -14 on the way to a -19.

Ow.
-
Line drive. In the balls.
-
I don't hate the Peen like most of you do but that fucker really deserved to be thrown out there.
-
Whew. 5-3 Good Guys after six.
-
This Henderson fellow's got some live gas.
-
That one looked like it was going 450 feet. It ended up squeaking over the fence but it's still two jacks for Castro tonight.
-
Bogey guessed wrong.
-
Altuve makes it 7-4, golfing a shot over the LF fence.
-
Checking in. I love scotch.
-
7-4, bottom 9. One out, runner at first.
-
7-5 on Segura's RBI double.
-
Lucroy cracks a laser off of Dominguez that ricochets into left and Segura scores. 7-6.
-
Double play ends it. Astros win!
-
The wins keep piling up.

Raymond (I think) was just about orgasmic with the Brewers scoring this run. I was honestly stunned at how excited it seemed to make him. BTW, it was 7-5 when I got to start listening to the game. It was a good 5 minutes of listening before I had a clue how many outs were in the game. Was kinda pissin' me off... All that said, GREAT WIN!!!

For this team, every road win is a great win!
