you gotta go... (http://sports.yahoo.com/blogs/mlb-big-league-stew/michael-bourn-amusing-bathroom-break-video-165256784.html)

It happens at every level of the game. I was once late to get back out there because of a serious plumbing problem. It's very embarrassing because the people in the seats know why you're late.

A guy I knew did that in little league. He was a star pitcher, on the mound, when he called for time out. He ran to center field, jumped the fence and ran to the bathrooms located in the middle of the complex of fields. Not his proudest moment.

remember the berkman race story

Thankfully, mine happened in a denial league game, and I was out of my mind on Xanax anyway, which probably didn't help.

My denial league story is not a bathroom break but it was equipment failure. Basically, I bought a pair of new road pants (the greys) and didn't have time to try them on... just grab and go to the game. I grabbed a pair without looking and basically bought a pair of really extra large pants. I had a belt, so I thought no worries. In the fifth or so inning, I hit a double (gapper) and thought about going for three. I hit the breaks rounding second, dove back to the back, go up, dusted myself off and realized my pants were now around my ankles. I busted my belt.
The second baseman was laughing so hard he couldn't throw the ball back to the pitcher. I begged the umpire for a time out so I could go beg someone for a belt.

Dude.
You out there on the mound, firing fastballs at me, and your out of your mind on Xanax?
I feel the same way I did the first time I heard those long haul truckers were up there in their cabs gobbling yellowjackets and blue-and-clears.

try being at the dome with a baby in diapers (cloth) and the dreaded overflow happens all over and keeps just leaking on the way to the ladies room (before changing tables) nothing to do but leave the premises out of consideration
