We will keep this easy for you to vote the June 2009 SnS Star Award winner. The candidates are:
1. Michael Bourn - already annointed the club MVP for 2009 by manager Cecil Cooper (a kiss of death for sure), Michael Bourn had an outstanding month of June both offensively, defensively and in the stolen base, make things happen, be an igniter for the club department.
2. Lance Berkman - it's not easy to climb your way back to the level of the best player on the team when you're getting bounced up and down the lineup. Berkman managed his way through all that and posted monster numbers for June. Oh and he had a baby (his wife did most of the work) also.
3. Roy Oswalt - it's no surprise when Roy Oswalt begins to heat up just as the weather begins to burn hot. Must be a Mississippi thing. Any way, here comes Sparky!
4. Miguel Tejada - good month of June = good trade bait! 'nuff said.
