From what I've read, Norris is still working on his changeup.

Before the Twins game on Sunday David Gottfried did an interview with the radio guys and he said just that....Norris is in Round Rock working on his change up.   He had positive things to say on its progression....but also insinuated that work in RR would continue

No way.  Richard Justice told me that Norris is coming up within the next couple of weeks.
