I am no cheese afficionado, but love to try ones I never have before.  Whole Foods has a Dubliner with Irish Stout that is mouth-wateringly good.  Really excellent.

Now you guys can go back to arguing over best and worst beers ever.

I've had that! It really is excellent. Central Market has a pretty decent cheese selection, if you're ever out that way.
