Looks like Bourn is going to have to start doing push-ups.

Was half paying attention at the time, but thought they'd said Wright looked good against Dunn as well.

That's the problem with Dunn, he makes a lot of pitchers look good, until he doesn't.  Griffey, Dunn, and Fielder are why the Astros need a lefthanded reliever.

Look for Mike DeJean to be on the next bus ... Lead off triple folowed by three straight walks and a single before being lifted:

DeJean  0.0 2 2 2 3 0 0

Ah, so true...  In any event, he also took out the lefty Hatteburg.

As an aside, the Reds just scored 5 in the 5th for the W.  DeJean allowed 1 hit and 3 walks (no outs) for 5 earned runs.  Houston came in to try to get him out of trouble, but gave up a double to the first batter he faced scoring 3.

Getting a little of the post game, but missed why Sampson was going to have to miss a couple of days (something to do with a 'kid duty' related 'injury' last night).  Did anyone catch what happened?

Ryan Houston then gave up a walk-off, bases-clearing double to the always-dangerous Alvin Colina.  New line:

DeJean  0.0 5 5 2 3 0 0 (LP)

Title: Final: Reds 5, Astros 4
Post by: OregonStrosFan on March 11, 2008, 03:15:11 pm
2 hits for DeJean ...

I stand corrected... Thankfully its still spring training, would hate to have taken a (game zone) E for that during the season...

PS: How many E's do I get before being demoted back to Clark status (or worse yet, back to Chron.com)?

Judging by how many of us have done our fair share of Milos when doing PBP Gamezone, I'd say you need not worry about it.  Just go get'em the next day and turn the page on today.  Okay, now... let's get two! (Darn, I think I could be the next GZ Dewey Robinson if I practice long enough!)
