March 7th. I've never been to a concert at the Verizon Theater before.
What can I expect?
My tickets look like they could be shitty, section 204, from the seating chart the place looks cozy enough that they might be okay... says 2,400 capacity, so at least not so far that I'd be watching the show on a monitor...

you're close enough, but those seats face away from the stage.

At least Houston is getting a show. They bypassed Florida and Georgia altogether this tour. I'm hoping for a swing by later in the spring.

I've only been there a couple times for events that were far from sold out, but it's a pretty intimate place. I didn't notice any bad seats in the house.

I saw Wilco a few months ago in Little Rock and it was a very good show. The auditorium sucked though.

Anything under the roof (http://69.80.208.202/dmbalmanaccom/venuetdd/1409.jpg) is good. You're no worse than the furthest back floor seat at an Erwin Center concert, plus you have the benefit of sloping rows (no looking at the back of heads)

I didn't realize they were selling any assigned seats for the show. I'm looking forward to being one of the unwashed masses in general admission.

i have been to several shows and have always had, and prefer, GA tickets. maybe you could try and trade with somebody that doesnt want to stand up.

I've been to multiple concerts there in the middle front row to nearly the back row, but all have been center or slightly off, and always thought the seats were fine in the back.
