Just, 24, was named the 2007 Northern League Rookie of the Year in his first year with the RedHawks. He was acquired from the River City (Mo.) Rascals of the Frontier League during spring training. Just batted a team-high .336 with 24 doubles, four triples, four home runs, 55 RBIs and 56 runs scored in 94 games. He posted a .420 on-base percentage and stole a team-high 20 bases.
"Mike has progressed up the ladder from the Frontier League to the Northern League, and this is the next step for him," said RedHawks Manager Doug Simunic. "He did a great job for us in 2007 and was a major part of our success. The Astros are getting a good, hard-nosed ballplayer who can do a lot of positive things on the field."
Does anyone know much about this guy?

This made my break away from bike assembly even better. Good job, Craig.

Except the bastard that wrote the assembly instructions for the Dora scooter without a key for the part labels. Or his jackhole buddy that chose bolts 1/16" too short to actually fit far enough through the handlebars to allow you to finger tighten before using the handy "assembly tool". Assembly Tools, indeed. Rot in hell.
But Merry Christmas everyone else!
