Forgive me if Ellen Degeneres is a Brave.
Marcia and Jan chewed the carpet (http://www.nypost.com/seven/09222007/news/nationalnews/marcia__marcia__marcia_.htm), with EACH OTHER!
Thank you, sweet Jesus.

Well, I don't know if this is true or simply a cynical ploy to sell books...
But a certain part of me wants to believe it's true. And no, it's not my brain!
Forgive me if Ellen Degeneres is a Brave.

Here’s a story of two lonely sisters
Who seems to be much more than meets the eye
As mom was busy banging dear old brother
Made them think the thoughts that both just might be bi.
Til the one day when the eldest had some urges
and she wasn’t quite sure what to have for lunch.
When her sis would somehow prove the answer
That’s the way it should be done, the Brady Munch

Finding out Jan's a lezzie is like finding out that Carlos Lee's a lollygagger. Although now that I think about it, maybe it's Jan who's the lollygagger. Ohhh!!!

Beautiful. POTW.
Finding out a few years back that Florence Henderson was not averse to screwing around with a (much) younger guy validated some childhood fantasies of mine; now finding out that Marcia and Jan were into "experimentation" validates some others. The only problem I have left with that show is trying not to imagine Alice spreading 'em for Sam the butcher on the orange formica kitchen countertop.
Well, that, and trying not to imagine any of Mike Brady's secret laisons at all (NTTAWWT).

I'll never forget that very special episode when Mike, wearing a robe and nursing a cup of broth, spoke very candidly about contracting his "pneumonia" at an architecturial symposium in Thailand.
That was right up there with Mr. Carlson diddling Dudley as far as formative television goes.

You live in California, right? You folks are trained to spot that stuff in your sleep. We dumb trusting souls from Tennessee are helpless in that regard. Shoot, we thought Liberace was merely artistic and that the flamboyance was just part of his act. We're starting to catch up, though. Keepin a watchful eye on this Richard Simmons fella....gotta get up PRETTY EARLY IN THE MORNING to fool us!

warning!

It's apparently a lesbian blog. Which is pretty damn cool. At any rate, to sum up...the publisher of the book says that Marcia will NOT reveal in her new book that she and Jan "dug clams" behind the scenes.

Doesn't mean they didn't do it; just that it's not in the book. You can all thank me after washing your hands.

I haven't the slightest clue who Mr. Carlson or Dudley are, let alone why they were diddling.

Then you missed a very special/scarring episode of Diff'rent Strokes.

I was sitting here trying to come up with a way to describe the reference, but that clip really says it all. Frickin' Murphy the Mouse.

The first time I thought to myself, "You know, the Internet is a f**ked up place," was about 10 years ago. One of my friends found and printed out a 14-page long X-rated story about various members of the Brady Bunch having sex with each other and brought it to school. Next thing I know, he was threatening to bring one about the Transformers.

Man, that's some fine television. I totally missed the entire run of that show, now I see what all the fuss was about. And the acting!

What do you call yourselves? The Aristocrats!!!
The World was fucked up long before the internet. The only difference is that you don't have to leave your mother's basement to find out just how fucked up it is.

I shudder to think what kinds of Harry Potter fanfic the kids could bring to school today.

I don't think they can distill the story down far enough to produce one of those, thankfully.

Sadly, you are mistaken.
I'm not even a potter fan and I've seen references to the stories and photoshopped pictures

"Today, Ron," Harry will say, with the newfound air of a man who has seen and done impossibly great things, "is a good day. You, who have been my friend through so much, are now my brother. And your sister is now a woman. Come, let us drink."
