Footer The Astros aren't going to get a lot for Loretta on the trade front because of his pending free agency, but if they can get a mid-level prospect, maybe they should pull the trigger. Same goes for Lamb.

I got an email from McTaggart this morning saying as much; I replied that there were worse things this franchise could have than Lambretta, a polite way of saying I disagreed.  Boy, was I stunned when Footer's piece corroborated his opinion.  Maybe she told him so.
