I know there's no group block, but will there be at least an OWA HH or whatnot? I was hoping to put some names to faces at my first Opening Day. I was still a (late) teenager the last time I saw an Astros game in Houston.

We are still working on QuesoFest '07. We'll come up with something. We had a saying in college..."Happy hour waits for no man".

I'll be there on Opening Day. My 5th in a row. How time flies. I'll probably show up just before lineups and everything since I'll probably be running around northern Houston do some work. And, since a friend bought the tickets, I don't even know where the hell I'll be. I will be there though.

Do you all think Garner will skip the #5 spot in the rotation in the season's opening week again this year, ensuring both Oswalt and JJ get to face the Cardinals?

I think he will, but it may be so he can take a little more time to decide on Bruntlett as much as it is to get the starts with Roy and Jennings. Plus they have done it in the past.

I may meet some friends at the BUS before the game. But, I'll filter into it pretty early.

I'm pumped. And with the Rockets loss yesterday, all the fairweather Rox fans that started paying attention in the last couple days are right back off the bandwagon and ready to concentrate on the currently most successful Houston sport.

there is no way around it. TODAY should be a national holiday. At least NSU gave its spring break this week which allows my youngest to fully appreciate the fact. The void is over.. the chasim shall be filled with hours and hours of baseball.
