Title: Purpura addresses the right field situation

This was posted in Jose deJO's blog.  In good conscience I can not recommend you read the blog.  There are statements there by JO that will do serious damage to your Astro IQ.  But he did present GM Purpura with some fan questions.  The answer to the one about rf is,

"The left field (sic) situation is one of our biggest decisions and not one we will make without considerable thought. We will give the candidates.(sic) A good look before deciding. But with that said we have three veteran candidates and one with no experience above Double A. We also have a center fielder in Burke who is new to the position. I doubt we could get anyone in trade better than the in-house candidates we have."
