With 4 years of control I doubt it would be cheap, but I think he could easily be had without parting with Tucker or Whitley. Something like Fisher, White and/or Davis and Bukauskas might get it done.

Lugo is a 29 year-old RH who is basically a reliever - he’s been far better in that role (4.06 ERA, 1.30 WHIP as SP; 2.38 ERA, 0.99 WHIP as RP). I’d be very surprised if a package had to include Bukauskas. Maybe something like Fisher and Jairo Solis or some other lo-A, hard-throwing more lottery-ticket type.
It’s also possible that the Mets don’t even want to trade him for prospects at all, because they are clearly going for it in 2019 and seem like they need Lugo for their bullpen.
