Good luck to Pearland. I really thought Katy was unbeatable this year, but Pearland pullled out the win and haven't looked back.

Congrats to Pearland! Nice to see a Houston-area school take state.

The two Denton schools who made it to the playoffs put up a hell of a fight all season long and worked this town into an even bigger football frenzy. Congrats to the boys at Guyer (5A) and Ryan (4A) who made it to the big dance.

They beat Bremond (another group of mostly Polish kids) last week to get to the Championship game.  It was a great game.
