I read the rules, and became confused about when Tuesday, April 5th and Tuesday, April 6th are going to occur. I think its 2023 and 2024.Of if it has already been decided to accept picks after the first pitch on the 5th but not beyond the first pitch on the 6th, notwithstanding that they are both Tuesdays.
