Game summary:

Keuchel gives up an unearned run and a solo shot in 7 innings.

Offensively, bases loaded/no outs in the 5th, Tucker looks at a FB for strike 3 and Maldonado follows with an inning ending gidp.

I know we have injuries but today was bad. We just let a guy with an ERA of almost 11, yes, ELEVEN, coming off a bad rehab start, shut us down. I’d like to think today is rock bottom and it can’t get worse but I don’t know.......

Stassi was coming in no matter what when Yuli ph for Maldonado. AJ obviously wanted to get into their pen, or avoid that matchup with Kemp.

Either way Kemp place was the mostly likely spot to put Stassi.
