Has anyone tried to order back issues of Sports Illustrated?

A month or so ago I tried to order the WS clinching cover story of SI. It has not come and I've tried inquiring twice via its' "contact us" link to get no answer. I've spent 30 minutes on-hold this morning with a Customer Service rep and was eventually cut off. Called back...think I got the same woman. They have my credit card number so I'm sure I'll get charged. Just wondering if anyone else tried buying anything from SI.

BTW, my wife is having similar experiences with the Chronicle.

I had higher expectations from a Time/Life company but they have proven me wrong.

Mine arrived yesterday. I am still waiting on a second order of the various covers after the WS.
