i think the man is batshit crazy. why would you allow yourself to be taped acting like that?

Gustafson rarely cursed, but he was a cold and cuttingly brutal talker. he tore guys apart with words but without profanity.

Falk did not give pep talks or do much, if any, talking to the team. he expected you to know what to do and to play. he thought we all were "mullets" so talking would do no good.
