It doesn't seem possible but I believe by the end of this series I will hate Brett Gardner even more than I already do.

Impossible for me, I hit saturation point a few years back.  Probably from watching too many TB-Yanks games.

Gardner is the human embodiment of male genitalia.
Everyone's talking, few of them know
The rest are pretending, they put on a show
And if there's a message I guess this is it
Truth isn't easy, the easy part's shit

Throw in some Walt Weiss, and he’s the ultimate PITA.

Buck probably declines to stay in Houston and flies in from Dallas for each game.

Greinke appears very calm out there.

pop-up can o' corn for the first out to right center, Springer gloves it.
Judge hits the first pitch to deep center, Springer tracks in down on the track.
22 yr old (who is 'ridiculously' talented according to Buck), strikes out.

after 1/2 inning, Astros 0, Yanks 0

Yep.  Definitely looks like he has a plan and is executing it.

Solid start, but I confess to a couple of moments of anxiety

Buck calling Judge “underrated” at anything is comical.

Springer, strike at top of the zone, two balls out, strike at the bottom, grounds up the middle, thrown out 5-3, 1 out.
Brantley,  strike, ball, grounds to second, Torres falls down and throws out Uncle Mike 4-3 from his butt.  2 out.
Altuve, swings at first pitch which is outside, pops up second pitch to first.  3 outs.

After 1, Astros 0, Yanks 0.
